Bread and Butter-Sourdough Bread and Buttermaking

In this two-hour class you will learn the process and technique required to make sourdough bread, as well as the butter to top it! Heritage Cooking demonstrator Mary Waldrop will teach you about each step in the day-long sourdough process, give you a recipe and other resources, and even send you home with some of her French sourdough starter that dates back 250 years. Afterward, join Mary in a hands-on lesson in traditional ways of making butter.
