Heritage Cooking demonstrator Mary Waldrop will teach you about each step in the day-long sourdough process, give you a recipe and other resources, and even send you home with some of her French sourdough starter that dates back 250 years. Afterward, join Mary in a hands-on lesson in traditional ways of making butter.
