Join us this year for our first series of public lectures! Held at the Rabun County Public Library, these monthly talks will feature a variety of topics, from moonshining and quilting to Cherokee language and culture. August will feature guest speaker Brent Martin. Brent serves as the Executive Director for the Blue Ridge Bartram Trail Society, which maintains a 110-mile memorial trail, following a route as close as possible to William Bartram’s original route through northeast Georgia and western North Carolina.
