
Basket Making Class

In this class, Heritage Woodworker Ben Banick will teach you to utilize the springtime bark of the tulip poplar tree to make these fun and useful baskets. This craft has been practiced by Native Americans and early Appalachian settlers alike for centuries. Make sure to bring lunch! Class size will be minimum of 2 and maximum of 8 and all tools and materials will be provided. The class is from 10am-4pm at a cost of $100 per participant.
