If an ember from a friction fire is that which you desire, then ignite your soul with the fire roll! The Rudiger Roll is a great step in understanding the balance between speed and pressure for friction fire; and with the right technique an ember can be achieved in just seconds. This is just one of many techniques that will be discussed in this workshop covering the evolution of fire from friction to flame. Ignitions include lighter, matches, magnifying len, flint and steel, rudiger roll, fire piston, trench lighters, ferrocerium rods, bow-drill, and more!
