After over two years of behind-the-scenes work, we’ve finally launched our digital app! This project, made possible by a grant from the ARC, is intended to enhance a tour through the Foxfire Museum, but can also be accessed off-site. The app is free and available through iTunes or Google Play. Just search “The Foxfire Museum” and select install!

The app features images, audio, and video from our archive, and expands on many topics related to Southern Appalachian history and traditions, such as blacksmithing, woodworking, pottery, and more.
